Hi!

I'm setting up a blog here at blogsome.com. Everything seems to come along great, except I just notice that when clicking at "comment" to post/view comment, I get "Page Does Not Exist" Confused Anybody knows how to fix this? TIA!

I think it's the fact that you're using characters outside of a-z, 0-9 in the blog title. Unfortunately the rewrite rules only accept those characters and a few others for security reasons.
I can hopefully look at this during the week but for now it's safer to use a-z and 0-9 for your titles. (Sorry!)

Donncha.

You can use non-alphabetical characters for article titles, but when you do so you have to use the "post slug".

By default, the URI of an article on your blog is
http://username.blogsome.com/year/month/day/ARTICLE-TITLE.

In this case you have the problem.

If you use "post slug," the URI of the article is
http://username.blogsome.com/year/month/day/POST-SLUG.

Then you have no problem with the URI and you can name the article title in your language.

It seems like you have to use "post-slug" everytime you name your post in non-alphabetical language. It was not like that before the upgarade but it's changed. Sad

It's fixed now Very Happy

The reason for not including my blog URL in my profile was that I was still setting it up and it's a little bit embarassing showing unfinished site Embarassed I am still learning how to use WordPress. So far, I like it, though I feel that it's a little bit over my head (too technical since I don't know much about HTML -- e.g. composing a new post compare to blogger.com). Anyway, I shall persevere!

p.s. How come it didn't e-mail me again that there were more people replying to my thread Confused ; I started to think the comment problem was hopeless!
