I'm using a Mac PowerBook and if I use Safari to post to my blog, the text of the post does not show up. Everything works fine if I use FireFox. I understand that this is probably a bug in Safari, but I prefer using Safari, and am hoping someone knows of a setting in Safari that might fix the problem.

I'm afraid not. However, disabling the Wysi-Wordpress plugin
should allow you to edit posts, because that plugin is known not
to work in Safari.
